Thank you for shopping with KROVNS. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days after processing.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs, weather, or high-demand periods (such as sales and holidays). We appreciate your patience — great denim is worth the wait.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. No minimum spend, no hidden fees — the price you see is the price you pay.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your parcel's journey at any time using the link provided. If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Delivery Delays
While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, occasional delays outside our control can happen (customs clearance, courier issues, etc.). If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please reach out and we'll look into it right away.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. KROVNS is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve it quickly.
